From the patio, I have a view of the back windows of the fellow living behind us on the next street over. Recently he got a new light fixture/disco ball/torture device for his bedroom and keeps it turned on from dusk till dawn. It appears to consist of 5 large, flashing emergency vehicle type lights of various colors in three randomly revolving stacks, extremely bright and clearly visible even though the blinds are kept closed. Even money is on “develops seizure disorder within a month”.
