Aren’t they fabulous?
Always like to start the week with a smile, so absinthe coffee! Dontcha love it? Although it seems absinthe anything combined with a permanent laundry marker don’t a decent mani make, but whatever blows your skirt up.
Didn’t notice it until this morning, though I can’t imagine why considering these two fun facts: you can find anything at WFMU, and Nik Wallenda was in town recently to walk over the Falls. Tom Cruise was also in town recently (snuck in right after Katie filed her papers, then snuck back out again), but we can’t count this as a fun fact because, well, he’s still Tom Cruise Crazy no matter what. Anyway, getting back to WFMU: anything + Nik = Wallenda On The Highwire. Coolio.
Never thought i’d post anything ‘One Direction’ but making an exception for one tiny hand.
Give me a bazillion attempts and I’d still be unable to properly describe this video. Let’s just go with Vimeo’s, “Sometimes a video makes us spit liquids all over our keyboards and speak strictly in Internet acronyms.” Dr Breakfast.
Lovely! Diego Rivera’s Detroit Industry frescoes (full court) at the Detroit Institute of Arts. (via)
Seriously been enjoying the artwork of Leon Seeker.
“Sometimes what we really need are friends we can meet once every few months for a bowl of ramen noodles at a restaurant in the East Village. Friends with whom we can sit and talk and eat and drink and maybe learn a little about ourselves in the process.” The Slow Web. (via)
Looking for the way in?
